Spa Policy

We are a small business spa and want to provide excellence in every experience. We strive to provide you and other clients with superb customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we reserve that time just for you! Without sufficient notice of cancellation, we end up turning away other clientele. We want to take care of you so please take the time to also care for us.

Scheduling

-Please be mindful when scheduling your appointment. We want you to schedule the correct service you would like to receive. We will be preparing for that specific service and change of service may not be possible on the date of your appointment. A card is required on file to book all appointments. If you have questions about scheduling, please contact us.

Children

-We ask that you please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. We strive to provide a relaxing experience for you and our guest.

Late policy

-We understand that things happen outside of your control that make you late. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late we may shorten or reschedule your service. We want all clients to have the Maven experience, please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate everyone.

 

Sick

-If you are feeling under the weather please reschedule. We want to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all clients.

Returns

-All product returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of original purchase date. Makeup products may only be returned unused and in original packaging.

Payment/Deposit

-We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or personal checks. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Cancellations

-Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.
